It's storming here, so gotta exercise indoors tonight instead of my 2-mile walk outside.

My plan: 1 hour zumba, 30 minutes upper body strength training.

Go Diva! I am so ready to get back in the gym... I have not been feeling well and today wasn't so great but I refuse to go a week without getting in the gym. I look forward to adding some cardio to my tracker and trying to burn at least 2000 calories before the week is out!

Ok, we are into the second month of 2011 and some of us have not found our mojo... So how about a challenge... Lets kick these bodies into high gear!

Beginners 3 days 30 minutes a day with 20 minutes of strength 3 days a week.

Cardio Divas, 4-5 days 45 minutes a day with 20 minutes of strength 3 days a week!

Goal calories burned should be 300 calories or more... For the smaller Divas 300 calories will take more time but it can be done! Let's get it in emoticon emoticon emoticon so we can get the Fabulous bodies we want! emoticon
