Ok, we should all be doing a minimum of 3 days a week of cardio, which is still going to be in our challenges... Most of us are doing the 4 day, 45 minutes a day challenge, WooHoo... But this month I am challenging everyone to try and lose 5 pounds this month. This is equivalent to 1.25 pounds a week...5250 less every week... 750 less calories each day... 500 calories burned in a workout and 250 calories a day (one less snack, cookies, 1 donut) I think you get the picture! This month is a short month so we have to make it count
