EEORYE, I did some testing and I now see what you mean. If you are set to have Sparkpeople generate your strength training workouts, it comes across as 2 sets, 12 - 15 reps. If you are set to enter your own strangth training, it just says 8 minute workout. Both options still only give you 10 SparkEarth fitness minutes so I wouldn't worry too much that it says 2 sets.
