Or try some cardio of your choice, but make it something tough that you have never tried before, and then post back here to let us all know what you did to burn some cardio. How long did you perform the cardio also is a great thing to post.
We all have worked very hard all week, just keep in mind, not to fall off just because it is the weekend!

Your Bonus Challenge for Saturday (optional) is to go shopping! You've worked this week. You've probably lost inches, toned up by building some lean muscle, and improved your fitness level overall. All of these accomplishments should help boost your confidence level so that you feel more comfortable in your own skin. This weekend, put on your old jeans or try on some new ones (especially if you've lost weight). Even if you don't buy anything, find the fit that flatters you most and enjoy yourself. P.S. Now's the time to compare those before and after measurements and photos!

Keep in mind that the more weight that you lose and less you need to lose, the harder you should be working. This really goes for me!
