Did a VERY hard workout yesterday so today was my recovery day. Did decent, but not high, cardio today to warm myself up and stretch back out. Feeling pretty good now. No extra strength today. BTW, still not receiving emails about these posts, but getting some others. Looks like people w/Yahoo accounts are not getting some emails right now, but no answers on when that will be fixed. Guess I'll just keep checking in on the team page. Thanks!
