Your Day 17 Workout video for Tuesday, January 19, can be found here:

(This is the Day 3 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Tuesday (optional) is to choose whole grains (whenever possible) when you do eat your grains (like bread, cereal, pasta, etc.) today. Whole grains are the best choice because they are naturally higher in fiber and other nutrients. They are digested more slowly, so you'll stay full longer and avoid spikes in blood sugar levels that can contribute to cravings. Check out the article below to learn more about why whole grains are good for you and what counts as a "whole grain."
