I also like Alton Brown! Just made his lentil soup recipe (available on our website under Alton Brown's Lentil Soup) and it is fantastic! Just added a little balsamic vinegar at the end to give it some edge. Very hearty & yummy.

Thank you for sharing this. I have sardines on my list of foods to try to incorporate into my diet. I have some preconceived notions to conquer and recipes like this will help me do so.

If you caught Good Eats last night, you saw the ep where AB talked about how he lost 50 lbs. He's also been talking a lot more about focusing on sustainable fish, like sardines. He had this recipe on last night and it looks delicious!
