Yes there is a laundry list of things in there, including sweet potato. I think I am going to like it. I have had the one you mentioned with the mango and I like that one too.

I haven't had that one. I believe it has sweet potato in it -- as do several of them -- and I am so not a fan.

However, I have had the Mango Black Bean and Rice one. Can't remember what it's fancy name was. But it was DELICIOUS. Not to mention wonderfully different from most frozen food fare. Everything tastes high quality and well prepared, so if you like the ingredients listed on the dish, it'll probably be really good.

Anyone try this yet? It looks to be interesting, saw it in the store today and couldn't resist. As close as I can translate it is polenta with a kind of bean salsa stuff on it, topped with plantains. I am a busy woman during the week and often use Amy's kitchen frozen foods, but this is a new one for me. Says vegan on the label.
