Hello I a somewhat new to this team too. I am trying to increase intake of fish and had the most lovely oven fried haddock last eve crusted with veganaise, flour, ground walnuts and baked at 450 degrees it was yummy
I hope all of you are well today. There aren't many recent posts. I just joined this team. I officially went pescatarian in September. I'm looking for ideas and people that are doing the same thing. Come on peskies! Let's support each other!!!!

I'm on "rest" from exercise due to a cough after being ill with a real nasty cold. I started training for a virtual 5K, then had to go to "rest" for the cough. I'll get the dr. involved if it doesn't abate by Friday.
My goal is to not go two days in a row without exercising. I got a workout in yesterday, so check on that point, but I felt really off last night, sort of sick, so went to bed super early and slept until the last possible moment this a.m. so no workout today. On track as long as I get up and go tomorrow.
Callie, I schedule in rest days or at least leave my goal open to accommodate some days when I do not feel like exercising or do not have time. Today was a combination of those two factors and I didn't exercise. I do not feel badly at all for that since I have done well all week. I intend to workout tomorrow.
I should have said that my goal was to exercise most days each week.

Every day can be a good goal as long as you included scheduled rest days. My knees said no this a.m. which doesn't surprise me since I have new hardwood floors and have never tried to exercise without a carpet underfoot.
Didn't have the mat situation under control. Do now, but I needed to take today off. I don't consider that a broken goal unless a scheduled day off becomes two days goofing off.
My favored goal is "most days." It allows me to listen to my body, yet keeps the goal in play.
