I gave platelets yesterday. It wiped me out. BUT I'll do it again.

and Sunday we went to see my son at his home

So finally today I got a bit of workout, I mowed the yard and did gardening.

I'm getting 10-12 Fitbit miles and 10 flights of stairs 6 out of 7 days a week.

So far this week (I start my week on Sunday) I have had 591 fitness minutes. I haven't done anything today as yet. I'm planning on exercising when it's a little cooler -- around 5:30 or so.

I had 2 slacker days.
Youngest had his birthday on the 3rd. and then the 4th we had his gf over.

Today though I did the nordic track for 40 min and then gardened for about the same, and did 100 situps and 30 pushups
