my rest day. I did a short walk though and watered my flowers. This means hauling my 5 gallon bucket of water from the front to the back a couple of times.

Changed up today
Did Banish Fat boost Metabolism by Jillian michaels. Whew it kicked me for sure. Nice change up though. It was 50 min
then did fab abs. Ran out of time for the strength video today. I'll double up tomorrow.

Yesterday, I walked for about 3.5 miles (60 mins or so) and in the evening had a Zumba class for 70 mins. Today, I did nothing but relax. Feels good...

Yesterday I did a 10 min spark video and then a 40 min "cake remover" challenge with iFIT on the treadmill.

Today I will be doing P90X, a 10 min spark video, and 30 min walking on treadmill.
