I don't know the answer regarding the probiotics but the previous poster was incorrect regarding the salami, cheese and Pringles. All are 'belly good' and on the BFC plan.
You can Google pro biotics and learn all about it. Or go to Unikeyhealth.com. She has awesome info there. I am on her Smoothie Shakedown right now. It is a liver cleanse thing. You can't lose your fat if your liver is not working properly. It is the fat burning organ.
And I don't think salami, cheese and Pringles are on the belly fat cure....expecially not the PRINGLES!!! And sugar is off limits. You get natural sugars in real food.

Hello everyone ! My name is Kim and I am on my second day of BFC.....Today I am feeling sooooooooo exhausted like I have the flu....Reading your posts I am hoping this is just sugar withdraw.... My question is about probiotics...I only recall seeing them mentioned ever so briefly in the book...Can you tell me why we need to take them, what they do and how much they cost??? I did a $200 food order last night and boy is that a strange feeling shopping for things I've always been told r bad for me..(salami, cheese, Pringles, etc...) I am finding that I have a lot of sugars left and my carbs wanna go very quickly....Do you have any food suggestions that take just sugars n NOT carbs or is it ok not to use them?? Sorry for all the questions......just so new at this but very excited about the journey...thanks in advance!!
