Hi! nice to see a feel good story here regarding meds...if you don't mind me asking the brand of "natural thyroid" you have been using? I have been taken totally off meds for 30 days for a scheduled "Thyroid uptake scan" due to a reading of 0.27 on my Free T4, but have a new prescription filled for NP Thyroid which is the old formula Armour used to use that was very popular until they reformulated. Will not be able to take it until scan on May 24. Also have be aware of intake of Seaweed salad (iodine)
I don't think my levels are completely regulated yet. She had lowered my synthroid the last time I was in but my TSH levels are still low meaning that I still have hyperthyroidism supposedly. I guess I'll find out soon enough when I go see her on April 8.

One,some or all the levels could be off. My levels from the normal tests run were within the limits. I had the doctor run all thyroid tests and bingo just one was off! Also you can test normal feel good and need no med's and then out off nowhere the levels plummet. So now I don't need all the blood tests, just the three like you. For three years I have been on natural thyroid and have had more energy than ever in the thirty years of being hypothyroid. My tests have varied much during these three years and the doc alters my dose as needed. This past time everything was OK, so I'm on the same dose for about nine months.
