Hello there. I personally take my medication (both T3 and T4) first thing in the morning. I wait one hour before eating anything. My first batch of vitamins is taken at lunch time and the second batch which includes my calcium supplement is taken with my evening meal.

The last post prompted me to ask about calcium. I have never heard this before. Could someone enlighten me? Also, my meds are split in the AM and PM. I have read somewhere that the t4 only lasts 5 hours? I take natural thyroid, like Armour. So, if I take it before bed aren't I sleeping off the t4? Totally confused. Thanks.
