Spring is here! The forsythia are popping yellow blooms, the dogwoods are budding, the birds are chirping, and what little winter we had seems to be on its way out.
So, now let's get down to business and get into shape for the coming summer season. I intend to be comfortable wearing shorts someday and I need to work hard to get there.
Our challenge is to get the body moving. So, the first week, let's start with 20 minutes of exercise a day. Get into the habit. Yoga, walking, running, swimming, whatever you want. Just get up and move!
