I missed my morning aerobics class and it's too hot to take a walk so I am forcing myself to go to the gym and do the treadmill, elliptical, and weight machines. I've already posted it so I can't weasel out!

about to start my exercise. I plan to do 10 minutes on the elliptical for warm up. 35 minutes of strength/resistance training and 12-15 minutes of yoga/stretching. Happy Friday, all! emoticon

Walked 3.1 mph for 30 min, and did the 12 min. seated core video workout. I'm feeling good about what I'm doing. It's been 6 months since I've done any working out, so I'm encouraged!

I did some walking this morning but ended up in the ER....I have been using a cane the last 2 months because I re-injured my left knee during a work hardening plan (occupational therapy) needless to say, my knee buckled and I went down. I sprained my left ankle, wrist, and elbow, did something to my left hip, knee and a possible torn tendon in my left shoulder....so I will be in bed for a few days,

one of the things that I love about SP is that it keeps me accountable, so I will be starting at day 1 as soon as I get clearance!!!!
