I weighed in on March 1st and gained 3 pounds and started to feel very discouraged. And then ate fast food...

I'm starting late but my streak is to increase my freggies to 5 servings a day, concentrating on more veggies and less fruit. I want to have 1 1/2 cups of vegetables and 1 cup of fruit. This should be the least I consume.

I haven't been sparking for a while, so I need to start with some basics. I HAVE been drinking my water and exercising. I've been eating mostly healthy, but not within my calorie range and I haven't been tracking. So my streak goal is to track everything (nutrition, fitness, and water).

For my streak I will work on no binges. A problematic area for me. I am already on a streak but I want to continue it.

Want a power boost? Increased confidence? Need to build momentum and stay on the winning side? Then it’s time to start a streak.
First you need to decide what you need to focus on – what ONE thing will bring you nearer to the YOU you want to be, what do you need to focus on right now? Here are some ideas but the options are limitless – a streak can help to motivate you to break or create any habit:
• 10 minutes exercise
• Eat 2 freggies
• Take small breaks throughout the day to relax or meditate
• Stick to a regular bedtime routine
• Drink 5 glasses of water
• Stay in touch with family / friends
• Maximum computer time

Remember a streak is not about being perfect, it’s about improving and beating your previous personal best – if you miss a day simply start over and try to increase the number of days you achieve - it takes anywhere from 21 to 40 days to really turn a new behaviour into a persistent habit so keep going.
