I have totally blown this challenge. I've done at least 10 minutes of workouts every day but just don't seem to remember to do something first thing in the morning. Oh well.

WED - more hamstring stretches (and a doggy facewash, to boot.. she couldn't figure out what I was doing on the floor)
THU - standing wrist/bicep stretch
FRI - speed walked hallways at school (5 different times approx. 60s each)
SAT - lower back stretches

This should help me. I'm terrible with morning exercise and even something small and simple is better then nothing. Missed the first 2 days but will start this out first thing Tuesday.

SUN: Didn't do
MON: Didn't do anything.
TUE: Wall push-ups (1 set) only had time for 60 seconds this morning.
WED Stretches. So very much needed this morning.
THU 1 sets of 25 step -ups. Did each set for a total of 2 minutes
FRI 2 Sets of 16 bicep curls. Did for 2 minutes this morning.
SAT: stretching

SUN: jumping jacks
MON: Didn't do anything. Slept terrible last night.
TUE: 1 minute of wall pushups. It was all I had the energy for.
WED: 2 minutes of stretching. I was so sore when I woke up this morning.
THU: Stretching
FRI nothing this morning.
SAT: nope.

That was a good start for me.

All you need to do is choose an exercise to do first thing in the morning – it may be cardio: eg jumping jacks, jump rope or jogging in place or maybe a strength training exercise: eg lunges, crunches, push ups - and simply do that exercise for just 60 seconds.

It may be an idea to plan which exercise you’ll do beforehand! If you’re planning to do strength training then remember to rotate through upper, lower & core body exercises to ensure you’re resting your muscles.
