1. Printing out daily sayings. I need to work on this as I have been in a "funk" for a long time. Today is "You don't always get what you wish for, you get what you work for".

2. This has also been a challenge since starting a new job. However yesterday I started to re-read The Spark - and decided to put a sticky at my desk with my streak - today is day 1. I can fit in 10 minutes!

O.K. a dble reply from me. I had to give this some thought. So hear are my goals for TODAY:

1. After having a w/e of FUN, I will not let myself plummet into a pool of despair today ( which would be my usually response to quilt)

2. I will not push myself past my fitness limits. Due to another challenge I am following I think I was pushing myself too hard last week because my fantasy is to enter a 5K with my daughter this June. I am not and never have been a runner. My goal needs to be more achievable for the here and now. If I make it to the 5K, great, if not, that will be o.k. too for now.

1 - I'll be struggling with this one.

2 - Will do well here. Have another team with a challenge to increase fitness minutes by 250 over March and have been enjoying my Springtime walks tremendously. Been a bit lax on ST, though, because the walks have been so delightful. So I'll make sure to get in at least 2 sessions instead of just one.

1. This is easy for me as I am the happiest about myself than I have been in years. I not only feel good about my weight. I haven't been this low in many years. I am also peaceful and happy with myself on the inside. SP has a lot to do with that. There are so many positive and encouraging folks here that I have found and associate with on a daily basis. I pray online each time I find a prayer request which has brought me closer to God. I just can't believe the changes that have overcome me in the last month. I thank you all for the change in me.

2 this is going to be much more difficult for me. I always find many excuses for not doing what I should be doing in order to improve my health and help my body lose some inches not just lbs. I'm getting ready for my vacation to Canada and I'm using that as my most recent excuse. I will try to overcome this for my own health. emoticon

This week let’s have a double duty challenge.

1. Create a positive affirmation about yourself, or the positive things you are doing in your life, then write that affirmation on a sticky note or print it out, and post it someplace where you will see it several times during the day. The mirror is a great spot, where you see it first thing each morning. Try adding a new affirmation each day or focus on the one that's most important to you right now. Be sure to come back and share your affirmation, the unique places you've posted them, and how these affirmations motivated you.

2. Part two is to aim for a minimum of 10 minutes cardio exercise each day, more if you are able. Try to challenge yourself by working out a little bit longer, adding something extra, or trying something different and fun. Always be mindful of your personal fitness level.
