Went with another bottle of water today. I find i feel better the more water I drink. I do flavor it though most of the time.

Finally got an extra! :)

I did 10 minutes with my brand new weighted (fitness) hula hoop. I think it weighs 3 lbs. finally put it together, had to try it out. LOVE it!

O.K. I have spent enough time on SP until later.

Thanks for answering that. I wasn't sure how it worked, I just know that if you have too much sodium one day you drink extra water to get rid of the water weight from the sodium!

How does water flush out sodium - scientifically it happens by a concentration gradient. Your body is always trying to stay in balance so if you have too much salt in your body's cells you can cause a shift by drinking more water so your body will shift the salt from your cells into your bloodstream for elimination. Of course you can drink too much water also and cause a sodium depletion which can cause adverse cardiac effects so be careful and remember everything in moderation and balance emoticon

'Just One More' Challenge

Do one extra thing each day to bring you over to the lite side!! It doesn't matter whether you choose something that is easy or more difficult for you but it must be something that you know will help with your healthy lifestyle journey. You could even choose something different to do each day. Here are some examples, but you can use your own ideas too!

An extra workout video
An extra 5 minutes exercising
An extra strength exercise/ An extra set of repetitions for a strength exercise
An extra glass of water
An extra veggie
An extra fruit
An extra hour of sleep
An extra article read on Sparkpeople
