Since I'm bored with my routine, and I want to be outside, I decided to take advantage of what's around me, without special equipment or the tv, and working outdoors to spruce things up. During inclement weather, I'll try a new dvd.
Tonight I took the pups on a walk, then I used a hill to walk up and down, and used the steps, up and down. I can feel it too!

wow! So many great ideas!!! I work in a furniture store and know that I usually get more than 10 minutes of cardio in that way but I am going to try to do some different things listed in the examples!!! Have a great day all!!!

Spring Fitness Challenge:
Spring is just around the corner and many of us have already begun spring cleaning. Typically we relate this to our house, yard, etc, but what about our fitness routine? Sometimes we can get into a rut and need a sprucing up or change in this area as well. Now is a perfect time for it.
