I reached my goal! Goal: 1000 minutes, plus strength training - "do something - everyday"

I reached 1134 minutes and kept my streak with strength training going strong.

My goal, 1000 minutes plus strength training everyday (do something)

I am sticking with my goal from past months. 1000 minutes. 20 minutes a day minimum, no excuses. Also sticking with my streak of strength training - do something. Everyday. No excuses.

Had to really work last month to reach minutes goal.

I'll pledge 1200 min this month since I've been exceeding my 1000. (I pledge to myself to include more beneficial st and cardio).

How many fitness minutes will you pledge for March?

If you're new to this challenge then decide how many minutes you will do each day/ week and multiply by 31/ 4 to get your goal. Post your goal and return to this thread daily / weekly to record your minutes and update your progress towards goal/ minutes left. Don't worry about how many minutes other people are posting - focus on what is realistic for you at this time!

If you've joined this challenge in previous months then how about increasing the number of minutes you commit to?

You can post just the number of minutes, or the exercise you did along with the number of minutes

Example:
Goal set: 1000 minutes
3/1: 30 minutes strength training
3/2: 60 minutes zumba
3/3: 20 minutes heavy cleaning

minutes left: 890

Goodies for everyone who achieves their goal so make sure you post your final minutes.
