I haven't checked in daily, but I've been sending goodies, reading and commenting on blogs, sending sparkmail, providing support and huddling.

I have been mainly just on short walks this week, since I still have bronchitis, and no energy. Looking forward to next week, a better week!

I've read and commented on many blogs, sent sparkmails, and sent goodies over the past couple of days. I love supporting the team and hope this keeps up.

Exercise is lower than planned, as I still have bronchitis and acute sinus infection. So, just walking for now, and through the week.

Yesterday I called about that job I called about last week, and this time someone called me back. Had a nice, short conversation with the woman who is going to mail me an application. She want's me to fil it out ASAP. Guess I should've asked her to fax it to me instead, but oh well. at least I finally got to talk to someone and got the ball moving more.

I tried my Dr. Lisa Yoga Fusion DVD, strength portion, and I really like it. It's a little more than just Yoga, and includes other types of moves. Different! Just what I needed.

Just read the email today. I respond to all new posts and welcome all new members.

Because of the storm and I was unable to do grocery shopping my eating has not been the greatest. Although I have been in range for the most part, my carbohydrates are on this high side of my range and I have no fruit in the house left. My sodium has been over 2800 for the last few days due to eating Progresso soups. My sodium is usually under 2000mg. I have to do grocery shopping and get my sodium levels down.

I will check out some blogs and send goodies.

I will concentrate on lower abs.

I'm nursing a sore neck. Blame it on too heavy of a purse. Was carrying a fanny pack a while, but back to a purse, weeded down to the basics and carry on shoulder. I was carrying it over my head and hang on other side. Any suggestions? Had a heat pack on neck for while.

So many with colds/flu/sinus. Feel better and hope you are taking right med for your condition.

I will commit to giving support each day through blogs, goodies's and huddles.

I've been wanting to try Yoga, so this week I will focus on trying out a new DVD, at least 3 times this week.

I am going to get to know some more of you through reading blogs and commenting on posts.

This week I am bound and determined to stay with in my calorie range! I am trying to not "graze". I need to control my portionsby actuallt measuring. etc etc etc LOL

I'll make it a point to huddle daily plus visit blogs and pages, leaving comments and goodies on at least one daily.

For me, I need to work on being more consistent making healthy choices. I will track this by using my food journal daily.

I'll do an original huddle every day.

On a personal level, I will do something every day that either has to do with finding a new job or figuring out what I want to go to school for.

Also for personal goal...tracking sleep. I started doing this again last week when I was not sleeping well. Going to make some changes and hopefully this week will be better:)

No matter where we are on our journey, we all have areas which need particular focus and attention individually, but also as a team. Sometimes we can become too focused on ourselves, and less as a team. This week our challenge is to work on both, with emphasis on putting each other first.

FIRST: Let’s reach out, uplift, encourage, support, and cheer our teammates on daily. Welcome new members, give a goodie, post an original comment on our huddle wall, visit a sparkpage or blog and leave a kind message, or check on a struggling teammate to see how you can help. Maybe it’s just a little encouragement or advice they need. We are all here to support each other, and it’s just nice to spread some cheer!

SECOND: Your choice. What do you need to focus on this week? Be specific on your goal and how you plan to achieve it. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.

Be sure to come back each day and share how you provided support, and your goal progress as well.
