I had a great workout at work boxing up end of year files, moving them all over, reorganizing, and going up and down the steps, etc.

Then came home and cleaned!

26 minutes of yoga
15 minutes on my new balance board
20 minutes cardio kickboxing

Today I already did 30 minutes of cardio and will be doing some more this afternoon.

I did the first one today as the beginning of week three of the January Jumpstart challenge. I'll do five more of these this week. This helps because I have a major kitchen reorganization planned this week and if I go out walking I'll wear myself out! LOL

Cardio is one of the things I am lacking in my routine. I don't know if I can do everyday, but seeing as how I'm not doing any days right now, I'll aim for 3 times a week to start out. Thanks for the video feeds! emoticon
