7-8 hours sleep - 7/7 days and managed to hit 8 hours each day by going to bed earlier.

10 minute "me" time - 7/7 And loved it! It made me realize how much I really do need to take even a little bit of time for myself each day!

Yesterday - Sweet tooth back under control. Had 2 meringues after lunch and a Greek yogurt after dinner.

Today - planning yogurt and a couple of meringues if I want something sweet.

Yesterday - My sweet tooth attacked so I had an extra serving of meringue cookies instead of the yogurt. The cookies actually have fewer calories than the yogurt so I was able to satisfy my craving without going over my calorie limit.

Today - yogurt, meringue cookies planned

I didn't get cardio in today, but did plenty of much needed grocery shopping. I've planned and shopped for the next few days, and I'm looking forward to batch cooking,smoking chickens this weekend, with a variety of veggies too. Yum yum!

For me time, I talked to a supportive friend. After discussing with her the things that have been stressing me out, I found a more positive proactive mindset and had a good night's sleep of 7.2 hours. I ate my planned meals and exercised.

I have meals and exercises planned for today and I'm going to the store to pick up the groceries for the next week. After I pick up my daughter from school, we'll be working on her 100 day hat. I'll use that creative time to build momentum for working on my own craft projects for me time.

My focus this week will be on sleep. For me, it's the root of many other issues. I have a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep, so I snack during that extra wake time. I blow my calories for the day in the middle of the night!

I joined the Stress-busting team and hope that the reduced stress and increased exercise will help me sleep better. Last night it did!

I did not do too good today as far as eating my planned meals. I had my day's meals already planned but only ate the breakfast I had wanted to eat. Tomorrow will be a better day!

I slept for 7 hours 53 minutes.waking up 2 times. I was in bed for 8 hours 5 minutes.

I planned my meals this morning and so far have stuck with the plan. Last night I didn't eat one of my snacks which decreased my calories and other nutrients. I was under for protein by 2

I have tracked my food. I did not do any exercise that wasn't tracker by the fitbit.

I stuck to my meal and exercise plans yesterday. For me time I watched a show I love and did some online shopping for the kitchen reorganization I'm planning.

I was in bed for 7 hours and only got 6 hours of quality sleep because the cat kept waking me up. I have today's exercise and meals planned out. For me time, I'm going to do a craft project I have been putting off.

I'm confused about it's tracking as well. It does track everything you do while you have it on, and auto syncs, if you set it up. If you let it Sync, you don't want to use the tracker as well. I initially wore it all day to see what I'm doing exactly, but I never tracked every step prior to that, so I just use it for exercise only now. It was inflating my actual exercise minutes, and I want my fitness minutes to be just that. It's interesting to measure on the weekends though, since I move all day, compared to weekdays. It's a wonderful tool!

I slept for 7 hours 9 minutes and that was straight through. I was in bed for 7 hours 21 minutes.

I did plan my meals for the day this morning and have stuck to it.

I am confused about tracking exercise with the fitbit. If I am wearing the fitbit isn't that tracking my exercise. If I track exercise in the fitness tracker isn't that double tracking your exercise? Like if I took a 30 minute walk aren't I already getting credit for that walk by the fitbit counting my steps?

Me time today was a brief nap in a nice warm toasty bed. It was wonderful and I felt freshed and was able to get up and walk 60 minutes on the treadmill. WooHoo!!!!!!!

I am joining this challenge a little late but I need to work on planning meals. I get so busy during the day that I forget to eat on time. I also need to work on eating better on the weekends. I usually get 8+ hrs of sleep at night and I workout every week day pretty consistantly, unless I have a sick child at home.

This week I will plan meals and/ or snacks ahead and stick to that plan. This is something that I've never done before but after today (day 1 of trying this) I see how much better I ate today compared to other days and it also helped relieve me of the worry of trying to "find something" and possibly end up making not-so-good of choices.

This week I am going to focus on

* 7-8 hours of sleep each day
* Plan meals and/ or snacks ahead and stick to your plan
* Track food and/ or exercise

According to my fitbit I was asleep 8 hours 59 minutes. I was in bed 9 hours 12 minutes and woke up once. I knew I was tired. I have been getting only 6-7 hours sleep. We will see what tonight brings. I am tired.

I usually plan my meals a week ahead of time but fell out of the habit a few weeks ago. Once the food gets entered it can be changed on SP but not on fitbit.com and it looks like you go over in calories and causes problems. I am going to start planning a week ahead of time again as it is easier on making my grocery list and just knowing what I am having.

I track my food everyday but have gotten lazy about tracking my exercise since getting the fitbit. I just let it do the tracking.

I going to work on meal planning for dinner and packing a lunch. I've been trying to do this for a few weeks but then we have a busy week and I forget about it.

Monday: dinner is in the crockpot! I packed some things for lunch but will be making a trip to the grocery store at lunch for F/V.
Tuesday: Chili for dinner tonight (that will taste super good considering it is in the single digits outside) and lunch is some leftovers from last night.

I'm focusing on sleep. I got 8 hours last night, but that was because I have the day off of work and slept in. Since I'm usually lucky to get 4-5 hours of sleep, I'll try to get at least 6 the rest of the week.

I really need to focus on the sleeping ... I have to get back on a regular sleep cycle instead of falling asleep on the couch and then up half the night.
And also am going to stick to my menu, I spent a lot of time working it out yesterday and I really want to stick to it so I know I am getting all the nutrients in each day.

Me time, I have plenty of that.
and do really well with tracking...
