My back is acting up today. So, I'm sorting manuals and organizing them to clear some of the paper clutter from my office.

I've been doing well drinking my water until today. I'm working on that as well. :)

I have kept up with almost all of my goals on a 9 day streak! I have changed my calorie intake lowered it, and have been working hard to keep up with that lol, I have been walking almost every day and loving it

I've gotten the majority of the clutter taken care of in my office. At the beginning of the year I will go through the files and paperwork to get ready for the new year. I am also working on a few craft projects for that area that I've had to put off until after the holidays. I know I'll get back to it once things settle down because I want to get started on a kitchen reorg after that!

I'm finding it harder to drink all my water each day now that I don't sit at a desk all day. I'll keep working on it though!

Minnie, it is called H pylori, I finally realized. My doctor has had me on meds for a long time for this. I realized I was drinking to much ascorbic acid, which was burning my stomach. I am slowly feeling better, emoticon

Haven't worked on the office for two days. Today I'm going to spend some time going through all the product manuals that have accumulated in the file cabinet and sort them into folders to be kept in the same room as the products. I'll also be throwing quite a few out!

I have met my water goal for the past two days and am half way there today.

This week I am going to eat breakfast within 1.5 hours of being up. I usually eat a late breakfast.

I spent an hour yesterday working on my office. I took all the things that don't belong in there ( I had them in boxes set aside) and put them where they belong. I also took out all the trash I'd gathered. It's amazing the difference things like this make even though they don't seem like that big of tasks.

I also got my water in with 9 cups total!

emoticon I was able to complete my challenge by doing 45 min of cardio 6 days- Mon thru Sat. And 3 days of 30 min strength training. Mon, Wed, and Fri.

Well, I didn't get my office reorg done by Friday. But, I've made great headway. I just wasnt able to spend as much time on it as I would have liked. So, I'll have to extend my deadline another week. All I have left is to finish going through paperwork, relocate the items that don't belong in there, hang cork boards for my daughters art gallery, finish decopaging storage boxes and move in a small table from the garage. The major sorting and organizing are done though. I'm just going to have to work on it while decorating for Christmas. Yikes! It's already December! LOL

I did great with water Thursday; 10 cups. Yesterday, I only drank 6. So, it averages out at least! :)

emoticon even though my computer is giving me fits today, I managed to complete my challenges.

1. Make team challenges for my 2 teams.--DONE
2. Send goodies to those who complete the mini challenge--DONE
3. 5 servings of freggies.--DONE with lunch and breakfast.
4. 10 glasses of water--6 down so far.

I hope to still complete a few more tasks.

Well, the Xbox isn't panning out, but I'll continue to work with it long term.

However, I've been able to re-focus on my Pantry Challenge, Inventory and planning, which I needed to get back on track with.

Yesterday was a complete wash. I skipped my workout and ate crap all day. I spent my workout time this morning finishing my cleaning and decorating for Christmas. Hubby comes home today and I wanted to have it done before he gets here.
