I did stay active most of yesterday. I can't really count it as cardio, but I walked around the office and was on my feet most of the day. Today I will try to drink extra water.

Hi all!
I am new to this team as of about 5 minutes ago! I am in serious need of motivation to get back on track and I came across this team and it looks like a fun way to challenge myself to keep going!

I have already started my just one more challenge for this week in finding this team! But, I think that my just one more goal for this week will be to lose one pound... and to accomplish that goal, I will drink more water, do more exercise, eat more fruit and veggies. I think that if I can take baby steps until I can get back on track, that will help me a lot!

'Just One More' Challenge

Do one extra thing each day to bring you over to the 'lite' side!!
