I'm in! This one will be my extra for the whole week. An extra strength exercise/ An extra set of repetitions for a strength exercise. I need to work on this one.

Hi all! I am new to this team as of about 5 minutes ago! I am in serious need of motivation to get back on track and I came across this team and it looks like a fun way to challenge myself to keep going!
I have already started my just one more challenge for this week in finding this team! But, I think that my just one more goal for this week will be to lose one pound... and to accomplish that goal, I will drink more water, do more exercise, eat more fruit and veggies. I think that if I can take baby steps until I can get back on track, that will help me a lot!

It doesn't matter whether you choose something that is easy or more difficult for you but it must be something that you know will help with your healthy lifestyle journey. You could even choose something different to do each day. Here are some examples, but you can use your own ideas too!
