F - Fitness: exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes every day - 90

K - Kickstart your day with a HEALTHY breakfast DONE. I had an apple and some Greek yogurt.
F - Fitness: exercise (anything!) for a minimum of 10 minutes every day DONE 59 minutes

T - Time Out: take 15 minutes of me time for meditation every day before work
H - Huddle: post to our team huddle board. This will be a way for me to be more active here.
A - Accountability: share your goals for the day/ week -portion control
N - Nutrition: aim for 5 freggies a day
K - Kickstart your day with a HEALTHY breakfast
F - Fitness: exercise at least 45 minutes every day
U - track food and exercise each day- I use sparkpeople trackers but will be more faithful
and do it every day.
L - Limit treats: I will allow myself one treat a day

I am looking forward to meeting these challenges every day this week.

T - Time Out: workout every morning before everyone else is up & have "spark time"
H - Huddle: post to our team huddle board
A - Accountability: share your goals for the day/ week
N - Nutrition: aim for 5 freggies a day
K - Kickstart your day with a HEALTHY breakfast
F - Fitness: exercise at least 30 minutes every day
U - track food and/or exercise each day
L - Limit treats: this is the hardest one for me! I will allow myself a vita cake for a treat everyday and allow myself a small amt of two treats on Thanksgiving

Last year I actually lost weight during Thanksgiving week but this year I am really struggling with following through on cutting calories. I weigh a few more lbs than last year, too.

Time out - I get "me time" every morning when doing my relaxation tape.
Huddle- Will try to remember to huddle on this team when huddling with my other ones
Accountability- I'll be using the fitness tracker
Nutrition- I will try to stay within my calroie range as much a possible.
Kickstart...- I already eat a healthy breakfast
Fitness-I exercie every day
Use a tracker - Use the fitness tracker all the time
Limit treats- that will be hard to do on T-Day, but I'll see what I can do

I'm Canadian, so we celebrated our Thanksgiving last month. But since I've been having some trouble sticking to my routine, I'm going to do this challenge anyway.

T - Time Out: I have my "me" time everyday fairly consistently. Usually first thing in the morning.
H - Huddle: will huddle every day.
A - Accountability: I will track my food and workouts religiously this week.
N - Nutrition: no cheating this week!
K - Kickstart your day with a HEALTHY breakfast - I do this already.
F - Fitness: will do my 30 minute walk daily, and my strength routines.
U - Use a tracker - doing this for accountability as well.
L - Limit treats: shouldn't be an issue, since we don't celebrate American Thanksgiving.

This week will be a super stressful work week, and my goals for the week are:

T - Time Out: 10 minutes each day
A - Accountability: Which includes re-iterating my goals to family over, and over on Thanksgiving, as needed.
N - Nutrition: aim for 5 freggies a day
K - Kickstart my day with a HEALTHY breakfast
F - Fitness: exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes every day
L - Limit treats: My treats will be limited to one workday donut/bagel,(if they show up), wine and Key Lime Pie on Thanksgiving.


Dear Lord, set my sights on You and Your great attributes. Help me to live in Your presence, dependent on Your guidance each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Many of us will celebrate Thanksgiving this week meaning it may be difficult to stay on track. Whether you are celebrating or not it’s always good to focus on basics. What do you need to prioritise this week? Select 2/3 options (more if you can) to focus on this week. Remember to make sure you are challenging yourself!

T - Time Out: take 5/10 minutes (at least!) just for you each day
H - Huddle: post to our team huddle board. How about an original comment?
A - Accountability: share your goals for the day/ week - here in this thread, in a blog, tell family/ friends - whatever works for you...
N - Nutrition: aim for 5 freggies a day
K - Kickstart your day with a HEALTHY breakfast
F - Fitness: exercise (anything!) for a minimum of 10 minutes every day
U - Use a tracker (paper or computerised) to track food and/or exercise each day
L - Limit treats: set a limit on how many treats you will have - and stick to it!

Come back here daily (or as often as you can) and share you progress.
