Thursday - Nothing :( I had a sudden change of plans and had to entertain some out of town guests for work
Friday - 35 minutes jogging
Saturday - I had a bunch of dental work in the morning and some problems with the shots, so I did an hour-ish of walking, but didn't feel up to much more. I'll be sure to add 10 minutes to my run in the morning.

Tues - ABBA walk - 20" + Leslie Sansone/elliptical - 20"

Wed - no time - 1 hour ride to Mom's, 3 hours there, 1 hour back, exhausted

Thurs - rest day - pain, pain, pain, from day before

Fri - walk - 20"

Sat - Walk It Out video - 20" + elliptical - 10"

Okie dokie!

Sunday - 30 minute walk - really worked at getting my heart rate up there.
Monday - 30 minute walk with my Aunt!
Tuesday - 10 minute video, & 30 min walk
Wednesday - 10 min video, & 30 min walk
Thursday - lazy day
Friday - another lazy day.
Saturday - 30 min walk and a 10 min video.

Sunday -I went walking today for 35 minutes and had a hill to climb on my walk. Walking is my cardio.
Monday - walked for 40 minutes!!!
Tuesday - walked for 30 minutes
Wednesday - walked 20 minutes
Thursday - 43 minutes walking
Friday - only got in 10 minutes of some cardio

Cardio Challenge

Cardio exercise is good for your heart, body and mind. It reduces body fat, decreases total cholesterol, boosts mood, lowers resting heart rate, and improves heart and lung function – so let’s do it!

This week our challenge is to aim for a MINIMUM OF 10 MINUTES cardio (aerobic) exercise each day – more if you can.

There are hundreds of cardio options to choose from. The important thing is that you choose something you enjoy and then do it intensely enough to count as cardiovascular exercise. It doesn’t matter if you do the same thing every day or choose something different for each day – just make sure that you do something!
