aargh, the hardest part of this challenge was remembering to log my time... here's my wrapup;

1/1 15 mins jogging on mini tramp, 10 mins on stationary bike
11/2 45 mins strength workout and 33 mins on the elliptical
11/3 rest day
11/4 elliptical 33 mins, ran 29 mins and strength trained 45 mins
11/5 ran outside for 29 mins
11/6 27 mins on stationary bike
11/7 strength workout and 33 mins on ellipitical and 15 mins on stationary bike
11/8 Ran for 30 mins
1/9 elliptical 33 mins, stationary bike 20 mins and treadmill for 21 mins

11/11 ran in a 5k, 40:29. Lousy time, but I had a great time! 10 mins of kettlebell swings

I did it! Didn't know if I would make my goal but I did. :)

Goal was 1000 minutes + "strength training - do something, everyday..no matter what, no excuses"

Reached: 1050 minutes + day 87 of my strength training everyday. (Approximately 125 minutes devoted to strength, not counted toward my 1000 minutes)

My goal is 1000 minutes + "do something strength training..everyday. No excuses"

I am at 870 minutes and on track to reach my goal! I have succeeded at continuing my streak for strength training and need to do 26 minutes a day til the end of the month to reach goal on minutes. :)

Oh dear! I got busy last week and forgot to put in my workouts... I'll have to look at emails and figure out what I did later...

11/1 15 mins jogging on mini tramp, 10 mins on stationary bike
11/2 45 mins strength workout and 33 mins on the elliptical
11/3 rest day
11/4 elliptical 33 mins, ran 29 mins and strength trained 45 mins

I am at 573 minutes for the month.

Yikes! I better step it up a bit to make my goal of 1000 minutes. I have a committment to a minimum of 20 minutes a day, but to reach 1000 I must do more than the minimum. I have to commit to 35 minutes a day from now to the end of the month to reach goal!

DizzyBugs, I think I have this thing down: yesterday I raised the incline on the treadmill (after reading it burns the same number of calories that you burn when you run on the treadmill) and read again... it was so nice not to suffer. All I need is a pillow and I'm good!

11/11 ran in a 5k, 40:29. Lousy time, but I had a great time! 10 mins of kettlebell swings

This new workout program is working. I'm already down a few pounds.

I pledge 2500 minutes and I think it is going to be quite a challenge! That's about 85 minutes a day. I did about that much last month I think.
