You are very welcome Irish! You can do it, I know you can. Look at it as a small stumbling block. Remember our guy with the yoga who was told he wouldn't walk again cuz he damaged his legs and back from jumping out of planes while in the service??????? You can do it girl. I know you can!

Thanks Diz, my balance is the one thing that is greatly affected by my MS, oh how I would give anything to ride a bike again, but who knows maybe with all this exercising and strength training I will get my balance back and get a new set of brand new wheels, LOL!!!

I did the hip flexor but I needed that chair nearby. Amazes me how much better my balance is since I first started here. Still need the chair ..... just in case but I did pretty darn good if I do say so myself!

Angie - balance can be tricky when you first start out - try standing close to something so you can reach out to support yourself as you need - I've progressed to hip flexor with extension now and balance is pretty good - I can even do the airplane pose (a bit wobbly still lol)

I did 10 Aiprlanes on each leg.

Had to catch up.. Cuz I missed them the day of the challenge. Almost made it the whole week! Maybe next time

IrishAngie, be careful! Stick with what you can handle. The strength will come and you'll be able to do the harder ones when the time is right!

Diz, did 100 Hip Flexor's tried the Intermediate one's almost fell flat on my face, lol, my body is one great big chalie horse today, ouch, LOL, but the exerciser's are paying off!! Will go for a nice big walk later tonight!!! Happy Friday everyone!! emoticon
