WooHoo! I did mine first thing today!

15 of each exercise. :)

Sometimes the little things amaze me... It is such a feeling of empowerment to push past the "I don't want to" - for the first time, this is actually starting to be fun!

YES Dizzy, I did use fun with the idea of strength training.

Choose the level that is best for you (or select an alternative). Do as many repetitions as you have committed to for this week, remember you do not need to do them all in one go; you can do them in several sets throughout the day.
