Mix up the jogging in place by doing jumping jacks for the first & last 10 seconds. I've found they get your heart rate up. Or jog in place lifting your knees up high in front.

Sherri, ouch crunches will kill you but think of the end result! I do the same and sometimes I change between the crunches and the bridges for that allotted time. Sometimes that one minute turns into 2 or 3!

MINNIE - I like your idea of isometric breaks - I think I need to do that too!

Jogging in place every morning - can be hard to convince myself but I love how it wakes me up - who would ever have thought I'd be saying that!!

I did tummy tucks as I was driving to an appointment. I gauged it according to the music that was playing on my radio. Did it for about a song and a half which I figure is probably 2 minutes worth.
