Mix up the jogging in place by doing jumping jacks for the first & last 10 seconds. I've found they get your heart rate up. Or jog in place lifting your knees up high in front.

On another thread I said mindfulness but for one minute I'm trying to think what I would do. Crunches sound good but nope not that, bridge nope, lunges, nope, Bicycle crunches I think two minutes so I get both sides. I will try it out this week soo what happens

The last 3 mornings I've started the day with 10" on the elliptical before breakfast. It helps loosen my joints and gives my metabolism a jump start.

Sherri, ouch crunches will kill you but think of the end result! I do the same and sometimes I change between the crunches and the bridges for that allotted time. Sometimes that one minute turns into 2 or 3!
