Mix up the jogging in place by doing jumping jacks for the first & last 10 seconds. I've found they get your heart rate up. Or jog in place lifting your knees up high in front.

Sherri, ouch crunches will kill you but think of the end result! I do the same and sometimes I change between the crunches and the bridges for that allotted time. Sometimes that one minute turns into 2 or 3!

i did seated leg extensions and knee lifts for my break. too lazy to stand up. how bad can i get? i'd like to develop the habit of taking isometric breaks!!!!
