i added blueberries (to small peach and strawberries and yogurt) i don't do it often 'cause i fear they are constipating. adding fruit is easy for me. but it increases calories and sugars. i know blueberries are low. most others are not. and i sprinkled on some unsweetened coconut. also caories.

went to teh gym did 30 min. treadmill some other machines for 20 more minutes then a 25 min. boot camp class. I'm beat emoticon

Same here, but here are my "extras" for this week:

Sunday - did two extra cardio videos than I had originally planned (total 30 min instead of 10)
Monday - played extra computer game instead of doing work :(
Tuesday - did extra grading and work for school and stayed up extra late :'(
Wednesday - made up an extra care package for a friend
Thursday - did an extra cardio video on top of my biking workout.
Friday - took extra time to make supper for DH and me -- we don't usually eat together
Saturday - spent unexpected time with family we don't see often

Just joined the team, but this is what I've done so far this week:

Sunday I walked a lot of extra (10 miles).
Monday I did extra resting because of it.
Tuesday I read an extra SP article
Wednesday I posted my new goals
Today I did extra cardio

so far, so good!

yesterday I had an extra day to myself, I was sick so I stayed at home lol, today I had a serving of fruit at breakfast, in a fruit smoothie, I don't usually have fruoit with breakfast though I really should do it more often lol.

hmmm I guess I'll go to yoga today at lunch even though I'm leaning towards blowing it off because I have a 1:30 meeting

psst: my real motivation - new shirt, yup I'm that easily manipulated. I made a lame excuse to not go on Monday so I rewarded myself with a new shirt so I'd be more jazzed about it.

hmm... will have to think....
yesterday i made cauliflower for extra fiber (40 for the day)
today i'll get extra sleep instead of exercise.
tomorrow i plan to walk to and from work. haven't managed that in too long.

Monday 5/7--I walked the length of the pool 1 extra time forward and sideways.

I did an extra 5 minutes of water aerobics.

I spent an extra 10 minutes just floating in the water with the noodle.

I did a 5k and walked and joged it in 37 min. will startt adding more to my routine in the treadmill and my weights.

'Just One More' Challenge

Do one extra thing each day to bring you over to the lite side!! It doesn't matter whether you choose something that is easy or more difficult for you but it must be something that you know will help with your healthy lifestyle journey. You could even choose something different to do each day. Here are some examples, but you can use your own ideas too!

An extra workout video
An extra 5 minutes exercising
An extra strength exercise/ An extra set of repetitions for a strength exercise
An extra glass of water
An extra veggie
An extra fruit
An extra hour of sleep
An extra article read on Sparkpeople
