did one set of the concentration curls at 10 lbs
did one set of the one-arm dumbbell rows at 15 lbs
did one set of the one-arm push-ups - OWWW Boy, those were tough!!
Did 20 reps for each set, using both right and left arms!

Did 60 reps of alternatives: bicep curls and arm extensions with 3 pound weights, also did wall push-ups

Did 60 concentration curls on each side, 60 one-arm rows, and 30 side pushups. I am now jello, but feeling good!

Today's exercise is for the upper body.
Choose the level that is best for you (or select an alternative). Do as many repetitions as you have committed to for this week, remember you do not need to do them all in one go, you can do them in several sets throughout the day.

Beginner: Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls (use bottle/ can if you don't have dumbbells)
