12/14 - Drank 4 cups of water. Didn't huddle :-( Did 10mins of Post-TurkeyDay Circuit
12/15 - Drank 4 cups of water. Huddled. Did 30 minutes on the WiiFit *Added 12/16, after I posted this last night, my dad and I ended up playing Just Dance 3, adding 24 minutes onto my workout, and 2 more cups of water -- making my total 6 for yesterday*
12/16 - Drank 4 cups of water. Huddled. Did 20 minutes of ZUMBA, 10 minutes of basic cardio video, and 5 minutes of ab work.
12/17 - Drank 8 cups of water. Didn't huddle. Did 41 minutes of dancing
12/18 - Drank 4 cups of water. Didn't huddle. Did 45 minutes of ZUMBA
12/19 - Drank 7 cups of water. Huddled. Did 27 mins of Wii Fit & 32 mins of dancing
12/20 - Drank 5 cups of water. Huddled. Did 29 mins of dancing.
12/21 - Drank 4 cups of water. Huddled. Did 45 mins of ZUMBA
12/22 - Drank 4 cups of water. Huddled. Only did ~10mins of strength training. Sore knees today.
12/23 - Drank 6 cups of water. Huddled. Did 60minutes of ZUMBA

This was a really nice challenge to help me stay accountable --- THANKS!!!

I get in over 8 glasses of water daily, so I'll replace water with an additional freggie, which I'm behind on.
December 15th - Huddled, 60+ min exercise, and 6 freggie servings!! Woo hoo!!
December 16th - Huddled, 40 min exercise, and 4 veggies.
December 17th - Huddled, 50 min exercise, and 6 freggies.
December 18th - Huddled, 20 min exercise, and 7 freggies.
December 19th - Huddled, 20 min walking, and 8 freggies.
December 20th - Huddled, 10 min walking, and 6 freggies.
December 21st - Huddled, 25 min walking, and 5 freggies.
December 22nd -Huddled, 10 min walk, and 2 freggies.
December 23rd - Huddled, 30 min exercise, and 4 freggies.

CATLADYX8 you're doing well with water so not doing awful xx
Is there something you could tweak slightly so you don't feel like you're not doing well - if you huddle that'd be 2 out of 3, or maybe just 5 mins cardio - walk, go up & down stairs, jumping jacks etc then build up the time when you feel ready...
Hang in there, things will get better xx

I get in over 8 glasses of water daily, so I'll replace water with an additional freggie, which I'm behind on.
December 15th - Huddled, 60+ min exercise, and 6 freggie servings!! Woo hoo!!
December 16th - Huddled, 40 min exercise, and 4 veggies.

December 14th - all day (on my feet with work) walking all around the building. I worked last today so I couldn't hit up the gym today. Also with water I drank 2 bottles (need to add more!)

December 14th - 11:30am-noon - Did 13 minutes on the Wii Fit: Hula Hoop (2), Basic Run (4), Basic Step (3), and Super Hula Hoop (4) - Huddled - Drank 8 cups of water
December 15th - 11:00am-11:30am - Did 13 minutes on the Wii Fit: 6 Torso Twists, Bird's Eye Bulls Eye, Jackknife, Perfect 10 and Rhythm Boxing - Huddled - Drank 8 cups of water
December 16th - 11:00am-11:30am - Did 12 minutes on the Wii Fit: Rhythm Parade (Adv), Island Cycling, Sun Salutation and Half-Moon - Huddled - Drank 8 cups of water
December 17th - 9:30am-10:00am - Did 12 minutes on the Wii Fit: 3 rounds of Tightrope Walk, Balance Bubble, Big Top Juggling, Triangle, Half-Moon, and Hula Hoop - Huddled - Drank 8 cups of water
December 18th - I worked from noon to midnight tonight and was on my feet quite a bit doing this and that and that's the only exercise I got today. - Huddled - Drank 7 cups of water
December 19th - 11:00am-11:30am - Did 10 minutes on the Wii Fit: Free Step - Huddled - Drank 8 cups of water
December 20th - 11:00am-11:30am - Shoveled show for about 15 minutes - Did not huddle - Drank 5 cups of water
December 21st - 11:30am-12:00pm - Did 10 minutes on the Wii Fit: Free Run & was on my feet at work probably 6hrs of my 7hr shift - Huddled - Drank 9 cups of water
December 22nd - 11:30am-12:00pm - Did 20 minutes on the Wii Fit: Free Step & was on my feet quite a bit at work - Huddled - Drank 8 cups of water
December 23rd - Didn't do any official exercise, but I was moving around quite a bit at work - Huddled - Drank 9 cups of water

On the water....This is for anyone that wants or needs to add....don't feel you have to....just post what you usually do.

The main thing is to be consistent and make a habit.

I'm going to have to think about this one before I commit. I already drink somewhere between 9 and 12 cups of water a day. I'm not sure I want to add to that - it might interfere with the ability to sleep at my age.

Jordan, set a reachable goal for getting yourself to the gym.. Like 3 days a week. Reward yourself with something small, it could be a sparkgoodie for your Sparkpage each week you succeed.

Maybe build up to.. 4 weeks in a row that you succeed you could reward yourself with something more tangible... And NOOO snickers bars don't count. Lol (don't reward yourself with food)

First of all....welcome to the team. Great to have you with us!

As for the challenge....

Example---
if you usually drink 4 cups of water daily....then, aim to drink 5 each day
post on the huddle board (it's in the upper right hand corner of this page)
do 10 minutes of some type of cardio exercise each day(your choice)

Post here what you do or that you did it. Hope this makes sense....
