1/11: went for walk (60 minutes) and some wii fit exercises. (60 minutes)
2/11: went for walk (60 minutes) and did some wii fit exercises (34 minutes)
3/11: Did some wii exercise (57 minutes)
4/11: Did some yoga (40 minutes), Did a small walk (15 minutes), and did some wii fit exercises (25 minutes)
5/11: went for walk (45 minutes) , did some biking on stationary bike (25 minutes)
6/11:Played some ball games ( 60 minutes) , went for walk (21 minutes)

11/4 - yesterday was a mess...I did walk around a lot during a three-hour tour I took, so I'm counting that as 60 minutes. Nothing else got done and I went over my calories.

11/3 - walk dogs 30 minutes, walked treadmill 30 minutes, SP upper body workout, stretching

11/2 - walk/run dogs 45 minutes, SP lower body workout, stretching, SP Boot Camp Day 2

11/1 - walk treadmill 40 minutes, SP upper body workout, stretching, 30 minutes gardening, SP Boot Camp Day 1
