I need to stop starting a task, project, chores,etc., and never finish. I have too many unfinished tasks.

Well I've already cut out all soda, caffeine, sugar, quit smoking and I am at the gym at least 5 times a week. I wanted to limit my time on Facebook and I have drasticly, but only because I found Sparkpeople! LOL...I just need to limit my time on here now...probably do all my logging at the end of the day at once.

Each mile begins with the first step.

My goal is a little contradictory... I would like to clean MORE and get my house all clean... then I can spend LESS time cleaning it each week. Silly process I know, but I need a good system to spend less time cleaning.

I am working on cutting out the dining out! With busy schedules it gets so easy to hit drive throughs. Getting back in to spark people makes it so much easier. With a little creative planning.... It has been fun!

I need to stop trying to take everything on and learn when to say no. I always feel guilty when I say no, but I don't have enough hours in a day to get everything done. Made a big step yesterday, I turned down a huge sewing order, though the money would have been nice, I don't have the time right now to add it in. emoticon

I stopped eating sweets this weekend and i will try to keep that up . i do have a sweet tooth so itll be hard at first but i will have no sugar in my diet. .

We all have to-do lists that we do daily/weekly/monthly/yearly. But, what about the things that we would like to stop doing or cut back on time spent doing? It can be health/weight related or anything at all. Post one thing and let's work on NOT doing it or limiting it for whatever time frame that you set.

Anyone have anything that they want to STOP or cut back time spent doing?
