excellent on 3 days of exercise. sometimes its hard. now that I am retired I can get exercise in 7 days a week but when I worked there never was time,lol. of course I never tried to make time. very proud, keep it going.

very happy for you- keep up the good work ! love hiking and aqualift- tho there is no pool neer me these days. i generaly do step aerobics, walk and just recently today my second day- 30 day shred....tho i like it, push-ups making me sore...suppose to do it everyday ,will have to see bout that one

Thanks, everyone! Happy to report I extended this to 4 days in a row. Attempted a pretty steep hike and made it 40 minutes before feeling like I was going to die. Then my family and I spent the afternoon at the lake and I went for a long swim and swam out to the buoys with 2 of my kids. In pain today, but feeling good about what I've accomplished!

Proud of myself for exercising 3 days in a row this week. Yesterday and the day before I took an aquafit class and today I went to the pool to take another one and discovered the teacher was sick and a replacement hadn't been located so it was cancelled. So....I swam lanes for half an hour and then did some of our aquafit moves on my own for 15 minutes. Yes, it crossed my mind just to enjoy the hot tub, but I chose to exercise instead. Feeling good about that choice! emoticon
