Hello, First time responding. I never feel like doing anything, but that needs to change. I have to start making myself move! I am losing weight but I know it's not enough, I have to build muscle too. So I'd be up for a challenge!

Yes, this should have at least 2 challenges even though I usually don't participate..

I belong to a weekly challenge page as well as the virtual weigh in page but I would still try other challenges.
