Ok SP pals, I answered the 15-minute daily exercise challenge and managed to fit that in my schedule 6 our of 7 days last week. I had my weekly Monday weight in and only lost 4 oz(which I dont track,lol) so my question is does anyone have any feedback that may enlighten me on what happend? I tracked my food as well and 6 out of the 7 days stayed on track. Help!!
