That's a really good idea! Since I've started Spark, I've given up salt and wine, and have established the habit of planning my meals every day. I'm still not regular on my exercising, though. 21 days from today would be April 7, so I plan to do at least 15 minutes of some type of movement every day. My fitness charts are scheduled for 30 minutes of cardio on M,W,F, and ST for T and Th. So if I do that, I will "count" that as my movement for the day. But if I don't make that, I will at least do some form of movement for 15 minutes everyday

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. It's wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway, because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.

I'll begin. I like to do my cardio in the morning to get my day started well, but don't always get it done. So I will commit to doing at least 30 minutes of cardio before noon, beginning today.
