Hi Roz, honey! Good to see you, I was hoping you were not on the chat because you were busy moving. I am sorry to hear your feet are so bothersome to say the least. ACID? What is the doctor putting acid on your feet for? Bob counts calories big time I wish I had his resolve , but he reminds me he is that way because of the metabolic syndrome he has always had he pays for his indiscretions with food immediately. I would have been preparing food anyway it is good to have someone to share it with. Too bad he can't eat more sweets, I will not throw them away. Oh well will have to just stop again cold turkey when they are all gone out of the house because I am putting weight on hand over fist. Stay safe and warm. Love, PJ
Hi Pj, and Kari, WTG girls on the exercise! I have been a slug lately. It's no excuse, but my feet hurt. The podiatrist keeps putting acid on the bottom of my foot and WOW, that really hurts for days on end. I have been getting blisters on that spot also. And my toe that he did surgery on( the 2nd one that he did) has been 6 weeks and is not healing well. He just put me on an antibiotic, Augmentin, and that is reeking havoc on my tummy. Oh well. Our weather is crazy. We are supposed to have some ice and sleet issues tomorrow and then get this, 50 degrees on Sunday. Makes no sense. I'd like to go out for a walk on Sunday, but I will have to work it around the football game. I am hoping to be able to do that. Your dinner sounds good Pj. I'm sure Bob appreciates all the food you have been preparing for him lately. Watch out or the bean pole will become a bean stalk! WTG on all those calories burned! Caching seems to be very good for you too. Oh, I picked out a heart monitor today. I put it on my wishlist at Amazon.com and will be ordering it next week. Then I will be able to know for sure how many calories I am burning and how hard I must work too. Also found the extra depth fitness shoes I need on a web site. They are on sale now so I will be getting them next week too. They are expensive,$100, but it will be worth it to have some that will actually be good for my sorry feet! Kari, good job on the walk. That is very fast. I don't think my feet will go that fast. My legs are not long enough to do it either. It's good that you got some things moved around. I remember well at Christmas time when my boys were little, all of a sudden in one day, you had no room for anything. It was always such a chore. Well, goodnight everyone. Sweet dreams. Hi all! I walked on the beach with Bob for an hour burned another 280 calories. My heart went down to 32 beats a minutes while walking in sand for about 10 minutes, it doesn't seem to like sand, but you would think it would increase in rate not decrease in rate. Bob came over for dinner had black beans, onions, tomatoes with corn chips and melted cheese and cilantro with reduced fat sour cream for dinner and a slice of coconut pie. Burned more than 1100 calories today with exercise.
WTG on the walk Kari! That is a fast walk , it would be like a run for me! pj
Hi Kari, You are cute. LOL wish my metabolism was a high one, make all of the exercise burn a lot more calories. WTG on the poundage down and getting rid of the goodies. This weekend is still packed with more 'feasts' and people and happenings. Will have to hit the down button on the weight elevator next week when things calm down. WTG on rearranging your house. pj
We've re-arranged the house a little finding room for toys. I need to at least put in a walking workout video and go to it later. Good news is that I seem to have blasted some of the sodium loose. No more bloat and I was back down a good bit. Plus, I threw away a lot of the goodies here in the house.

Hi all! made it to the gym for spin class did 50 minutes of that burned 300 calories, then went to yoga burned 200 calories in there and then pilates burned 150 calories in there burned 180 calories riding my bike to and from the gym. so have burned 830 calories so far, I am going caching at the beach with Bob this afternoon so will burn more calories there. Doing laundry now. pj
