Okay ladies, I just got these email and I had to share it with you. I laughed so hard and knew it was sooooooo TRUE!!!

THE NEXT SURVIVOR SERIES

Six married men will be dropped on an island with one car and 2 kids each for six weeks.

Each kid will play two sports and either take music or dance classes.

There is no fast food.

Each man must take care of his 2 kids;
keep his assigned house clean, correct all homework, and complete science projects, cook, do laundry, and pay a list of 'pretend' bills with not enough money.

In addition, each man will have to budget in money for groceries each week.

Each man must remember the birthdays
of all their friends and relatives, and send cards out on time--no emailing.

Each man must also take each child to a doctor's appointment, a dentist appointment and a haircut appointment.

He must make one unscheduled and inconvenient visit per child to the Urgent Care.

He must also make cookies or cupcakes for a social function.

Each man will be responsible for decorating his own assigned house, planting flowers outside and keeping it presentable at all times.

The men will only have access to television when the kids are asleep and all chores are done.

The men must shave their legs,
wear makeup daily, adorn themselves with jewelry, wear uncomfortable yet stylish shoes, keep fingernails polished
and eyebrows groomed.

During one of the six weeks, the men will have to endure severe abdominal cramps, back aches, and have extreme, unexplained mood swings but never once complain or slow down from other duties.

They must attend weekly school meetings,
and find time at least once to spend the afternoon at the park or a similar setting.

They will need to read a book to the kids
each night and in the morning, feed them, dress them, brush their teeth and
comb their hair by 7:00 am.

A test will be given at the end of the six weeks, and each father will be required to know all of the following information:
each child's birthday, height, weight, shoe size, clothes size and doctor's name. Also the child's weight at birth,
length, time of birth, and length of labor, each child's favorite color,
middle name, favorite snack, favorite song, favorite drink, favorite toy, biggest fear and what they want to be when they grow up.

The kids vote them off the island based on performance. The last man wins only if...
he still has enough energy to be intimate with his spouse at a moment's notice.

If the last man does win, he can play the game over and over and over again for the next 18-25 years eventually earning the right to be called Mother!

After you get done laughing, send this to as many females as you think will get a kick out of it and as many men as you think can handle it.

I'm not a big one for sending out mass mail, but I think this one is absolutely worth it!

Hello everyone! Just wanting to check in here. Feeling lots better in comparison to the past 2 weeks with all the bugs we had "visiting" our home. My children are doing good too. Exercised yesterday and about to do a 30 minutes session today. I have been doing REALLY well with eating reasonably and portion wise WITHOUT dieting which I am just SO excited about it. The food tracker here is helping me SO much and I have been able to slowly move down on the scale but my clothes are really the proof so to speak. They are so loose now and it feels good to put on pants and have them slide on with out struggle or start to be baggy. Kind of annoying on the baggy part when in public and not wanting your pants to fall down. Fortunately I have a closet and drawer full of pants that I can start to wear soon. So I guess I would say I have moved from size 16-18 to about 14-16 in pants. Large chest keeps me in xl/xxl tops or 18-20 depending on style/brand.
So I am feeling pretty good, very hopeful that I am doing the right thing. Excited really.
I wish every one here a GREAT Friday and I hope that your weekend is fantastic!
HUGS!
Lorra

Hi Healthybear, thank you for your concern. I have had a lot of physical changes that are wrecking havock with my body and hormone levels are changed now due to surgery 8 weeks ago for a hysterectomy and pelvic reconstruction , and it is near Christmas all stressors that are contributing to the nightmares. At least I am sleeping. LOL That is something I have trouble doing because of a sleep disorder that is secondary to my heurolgical disorder. I have been having lots of nightmares since surgery, I use to have them all of the time related to past traumas so I think my body and psyche are working through things related to the trauma of surgery and now recovery.
Big hugs.

Hi all! Well, I'm eating like a horse and losing about 2/10ths of a pound per day. But... I still had to shop for some maternity pants this week. My body is doing strange things!

Hi all!
home from the gym did the yoga class and the pilates class. Burned 350 calories combined in those two classes and burned 200 calories riding my bike to and from the gym. My yoga instructor looked at me after 2/3 of the class and says " you look pale , are you ok?" I feel pale. Blah. Pilates was very challenging I had no energy for it.
I am doing emotional eating today. OH BOTHER.
Hi Jennifer! glad I can make you smile.
Hi Pat good to see you.
Hi Marcia !
Have a great day all!

Good morning all!
It's going to be a busy day for me once again. Anyone surprised? :o)

Hey Pat, nice to see you again. Sorry things are very motivating right now, but don't give up! I think everyone knows how you feel. BTW, I LOVE your profile picture. Hope to hear from you again soon.

PJ, you are too funny. I always get exhausted by just reading what you physically do in a day and I'm only 34. You've got a lot to be proud of.

And Martie, we have the same tradition in our family. Sunday is 'cookie day'! The kids just love it. We have it at Grandma Bell's house -- my DH grandma -- and it's a small house with WAY too many people in it. She had ten kids and they all had lots of kids. The best part is we get to leave with a box full of great stuff and she also mails a box to all the relatives that live out of state. It's great!

Okay, what is Christmas shopping? LOL We are so far behind this year. We have got to get the Christmas tree up this weekend. It will be a fun thing to do with the kids on Saturday. Well, I have to cram, so I'll BBL. My MIL is keeping the kids for the night, so I will be by myself, ALL ALONE, for about 12 hours. I probably won't even know what to do! :o)

Good morning all! Slept ok, no formal exercise today. Will try and finish up the Christmas shopping...having to buy gifts for 19 grand kids on a budget is exercise enough. Amber will come today and tomorrow some of the other grands will show up for our annual Christmas cookie baking tradition.
