So I recently bought a new pedometer an boy was I shocked as to how many steps I was acutally doing in a day. Or should I say not doing in a day. This was quite the eye opener. On the weekends I did great but during the week not so good.

Lets start a challange: Record your steps each day for a week and try each day to beat the previous day by at least 250.
