30 mins cardio 5 days a week yup, 90 minutes walking on a class trip, plus lots of cardio at the fun fair running mini golf and moving tables back into the school.

My goal in June is to continue my x3 per week weight training sessions at the YMCA. emoticon
I am on week 4 of this streak, May was my warm up (lol)!
I twisted my ankle running by the creek on monday evening, so my plan to continue the 10 km run training x3 per week has been sidelined this week.
I managed to run for a total of 54 minutes today: 18 mins continuously, then shorter 10 min or so runs with walks.

All 4 Done today! Yippee!
