It's almost fall y'all, the weather is turning and soon the leaves will too! This is the perfect time of the year to get off the couch and ditch the treadmill. There is plenty to see and enjoy this time of year (and it never hurts to get a jump on beating those holiday calories). This month I challenge us all to get outside and get active for at least 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. Let us know what you plan to do and for how long. We will check in each Monday to see how you are doing!
I already walk 30 minutes every morning, but I will be adding an additional 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons, when I can enjoy the season (I walk in the dark in the mornings!)
