I was thinking we could do a challenge just for fun-sies!(seeing as we're already 7 days into the month!)
How about a weekly fitness minutes (cardio and strength training) challenge?
Basically just tallying up the number of minutes spent on exercise each week! We can then try and better it as we progress through the rest of the month!
I'll set up a wee template for us all to use! (back date it for last week!!!)
