I read this, i do believe he was a wonderful man, My heart goes out to his family.
Im starting to take control of my life today. I will take care of me, love my self., be good to my self, I am strong, i can do this.
Former All-Pro Detroit Lions defensive tackle Alex Karras passed away Wednesday morning in Los Angeles at the age of 77.
Karras had been given just days to live after recently experiencing kidney failure.
