I believe this, look at all the nasty things they put in our food. They put Phos. in our meats now, plus all the other foods it goes in. My husband still has not got it, on what I can and cannot eat after 5 years. He brought home a loaf of bread tonight Pepperridge Farms White. it had 220 mg of sodium in 1 slice, corn syrup, you name it and it had it. If I buy bread its usually from Earth Fare Organic store, at least I know whats in it. also Panera has a white bread that's ok. So try to eat healthy. C
